The Older Adults Ministry (OAM) at Lake Highlands UMC offers opportunities for fellowship, learning, and connection for adults in the later seasons of life. Throughout the year, OAM gathers for special presentations, outings, and events designed to build friendships and engage in lifelong learning.

Join OAM for a presentation by artist Sally Ackerman about yarn bombing. Discover how colorful yarn creations can bring a little joy to cities and neighborhoods, giving them what Sally calls a “big hug.”
