Worship at LHUMC

Here at Lake Highlands United Methodist Church we offer two worship gatherings. Our services are held in the sanctuary at 8:30AM and 11AM.

Our early-morning traditional service is held in the sanctuary at 8:30AM  and offers an intimate time of hymn singing, a challenging and relevant homily, and an opportunity for all to share in the sacrament of holy communion.

 

Our 11AM worship service takes place in the main sanctuary and offers a powerful, liturgical approach to worship through beautifully sung hymns with organ, piano and guitar accompaniments, a pointedly engaging sermon, and a weekly celebration of the Lord’s table. ​​
